How we handle your information.
Plain-English version: we collect the minimum needed to run a marketing site and a mailing list. Nothing leaves your office unless you put it in the form yourself.
Who we are
OpsBlox is a product of Digital Inertia (Pty) Ltd, Cape Town, South Africa. Reach us at matt@digin.co.za.
What we collect
- Email address — only when you submit the signup form.
- Signup source — which form on the site you used (hero, final CTA). Used to segment our list.
- Anonymous browsing analytics — pageviews and clicks via PostHog (EU). Identified to your email only after you submit the signup form.
We don't ask for, and we don't want, your customers' data, financials, or anything else internal. The product itself is designed to keep that on your premises.
Where it goes
- Beehiiv (US) — operates our mailing list and newsletter delivery.
- PostHog (EU) — anonymous and post-signup product analytics.
- Vercel (US/EU) — hosts the website.
We don't sell or share your information beyond these processors, who handle it strictly to deliver the service we use them for.
Your rights
Under POPIA (South Africa) and GDPR (EU) you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or unsubscribe from emails at any time. Email matt@digin.co.za with the request. The unsubscribe link in every email also works.
Cookies & local storage
Until you make a choice in the cookie banner, analytics run cookieless — nothing is stored in your browser. Choose Allow cookies and PostHog stores one random anonymous ID to count return visits. Choose Decline and analytics are switched off entirely. No advertising cookies. No tracking pixels from third parties.
You can change your mind any time via “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

If we change anything material, we'll update this page. The current version applies from the date you read it.
